As the highest governance body, the Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing and making final decisions regarding the management of sustainability-related impacts. It is served as the highest decision-making body for sustainability information since 2026. To effectively implement the sustainability strategy, the Board of Directors has authorized senior management to form a “Sustainability Task Force” dedicated to identifying, assessing, and managing material issues. This task force comprises six functional subgroups: Governance, Supplier Management, Sustainable Products, Customer Relations, Sustainable EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and Talent Development. The Corporate Executive Office concurrently serves as the driving force for corporate sustainability, convening the subgroups to plan ESG-related matters.

Each sub-group regularly carries out ESG-related management tasks in accordance with its responsibilities, integrating goal setting, strategic planning, implementation, performance tracking, and improvement measures. They also regularly report their results to senior management and the Board of Directors to ensure the effectiveness of sustainability management. The most recent report was presented at the Board of Directors meeting on May 2026, providing a detailed explanation of ESG project plans and implementation progress.
