A Message from Management

To all our friends of TiMOTION,

Since our establishment in 2006, TiMOTION focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of electric linear actuator systems. In addition to continuously creating value together with our customers, we have achieved outstanding results in four major application areas. Through comprehensive solutions, we provide our customers with innovative designs and flexible application options, continuously addressing the diverse needs for electric linear actuator products. We also believe, in addition to providing high-quality products and creating value, it is only by working hand in hand with our customers and supply chain partners that we can continuously generate even greater value.

In 2025, we officially launched our initiative to compile, collect, and disclose sustainability information. This initiative not only signifies that our company has begun to measure its performance in environmental, corporate governance, and human capital areas in a more systematic and transparent manner but also symbolizes our commitment to gradually building a comprehensive sustainability roadmap through long-term and pragmatic actions. By actively addressing environmental and social challenges, we can truly realize long-term corporate value.

Our Commitment on Sustainability

01

Customized Solutions: Creating Value

We continue to invest in R&D across four major product lines, demonstrating outstanding results through the number of innovation proposals and new product proposals. We have also achieved many impressive accomplishments in market segments of home furniture, industrial applications, healthcare, and workplace. The electric height-adjustable desk frame TEKarrc won the “Golden Pin Design Award for Design of the Year” in 2024 and the “Reddot Design Award: Product Design 2025” in 2025.

02

Environmental Responsibility: Building a Sustainable Value Chain

In response to the impacts of global climate change and future regulatory compliance requirements, we began establishing an energy and carbon emissions inventory in 2024 and integrated it into its daily management processes. This data not only enables we to better understand its environmental footprint but also provides a foundation for setting future carbon reduction targets. Moving forward, in addition to continuing to promote the adoption of energy-efficient equipment, improve manufacturing process efficiency, and optimize logistics and transportation—while exploring applications of the circular economy—we will ensure that we reduce our reliance on natural resources while creating value for our customers.

03

Corporate Governance: Establishing a Transparent and Accountable Framework

Sustainable development relies not only on environmental initiatives but also on a robust governance framework. Starting in 2024, TiMOTION established a Sustainability Task Force to report regularly to senior management on progress and to incorporate sustainability issues into our key governance agenda. Beginning in 2025, through data collection and internal training, we will gradually establish a disclosure process compliant with international standards to ensure the transparency and credibility of information.

04

Human Capital: Talent-Centric Sustainable Investment

TiMOTION spares no effort in the recruitment, employment, development, and retention of employees. We enhance employee capabilities through education and training and create a happy workplace environment. In addition to establishing the TiMOTION University to encourage innovative thinking, we foster a work environment that supports employee growth and physical and mental well-being.

Sustainable development is a long-term journey that requires cross-functional collaboration and, even more importantly, working together with employees, customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders to move toward a sustainable future!
